Officially launched on 3 January 2026, M³@Punggol is the newest addition to Singapore's network of M³@Towns, bringing the total to 13 communities across the island. This young and vibrant community initiative represents the collaborative spirit of gotong-royong, uniting residents in Punggol to create meaningful change and support for Malay/Muslim families in the area.
M³@Punggol operates through a strong partnership between People's Association MESRA, MENDAKI, MUIS, M³ Focus Area agencies, Indian Muslim Organisations (IMOs), Malay/Muslim Organisations (MMOs), and dedicated volunteers on the ground. This collaborative approach ensures that programmes remain accessible, relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.
The focus areas for M³@Punggol encompass supporting residents' physical and mental well-being, uplifting vulnerable families, helping workers achieve their career aspirations, and responding to the specific needs of middle-income families. Through these targeted initiatives, M³@Punggol aims to work together with Punggol families to understand their unique needs and aspirations whilst bringing Government programmes and M³ initiatives closer to residents.
Driven by the commitment to #MakingPunggolABetterHomeForYou, M³@Punggol continues the proud tradition of M³@Towns in strengthening families, empowering individuals, and nurturing confident, future-ready youths within the Malay/Muslim community.
